General Booking Questions
- How do I book the property?- You can book directly on this website for the best rates. 
- What payment methods do you accept?- We accept major credit cards through this booking site. 
- Can I cancel my reservation? What is your cancellation policy?- Yes, our cancellation policy is free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Please refer to your booking confirmation for full details. 
- Are there any additional fees?- Additional fees may include a cleaning fee, pet fee (if applicable), and local taxes. These are listed during the booking process. 
- How do I get my booking confirmation?- After making a reservation you will receive a confirmation email. This will include your reservation details, check-in instructions, and property access information. If you don’t see a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.

Check-in and Check-out
- What time is check-in and check-out?- Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am 
- How do I check in to the property?- Check-in instructions, including access details, will be sent to you via email or your booking platform before your arrival. If the property has a smart lock or keyless entry, you will receive a code. 
- Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Please contact us 24 hours before your arrival/departure to check availability and possible fees. 
- How do I check out?- Check out instructions will be emailed to you the day before check out. 
- Who do I contact if I have issues during check-in or check-out?- If you encounter any issues, please contact PMI Mountain Collection at 435-731-4600/guestservices@pmimountaincollection.com for assistance.

- What should I do if I have an issue with the property during my stay?- Please contact us immediately at 435-731-4600/guestservices@pmimountaincollection.com for any issues such as maintenance, Wi-Fi problems, or unexpected concerns. We will address your request as quickly as possible. 
- Is there housekeeping during my stay?- Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. 
- Can I extend my stay?- Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. 
- What’s the best way to reach you during my stay?- Reach out to PMI via phone or email at 435-731-4600 or guestservices@pmimountaincollection.com. 
- Are extra towels, linens, or toiletries provided?- Yes, we provide first use supply for each booking.
